The terms on which this website is provided, and how they relate to a project contract.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Roha Labs. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about our work and to contact us. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material.
3. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — text, design, source code, graphics and marks — belongs to Roha Labs or its licensors. You may view and share it for your own reference. Any other commercial use needs our written permission.
4. Project engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver. Descriptions of platforms, capabilities and status are informational. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, acceptance, intellectual property and warranties.
Where this site and a signed project agreement conflict, the project agreement prevails.
5. Forms and submissions
When you contact us, please send only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data about third parties through the contact form. If an engagement calls for confidential material, we will agree a confidentiality arrangement and a secure channel first.
6. Third-party links and demonstrations
This site links to external services, including live demonstrations of platforms we have built. Those are provided as-is for illustration. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the courts of Addis Ababa have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
